The guy seems like a potential super star. I've heard other players, some not even close to Durant's level compain about market size and ability to get endorsement contracts, etc...

My question is, will he stay in OKC after his rookie deal is up? Or do you think OKC will pony up a deal like Kevin Garnett's in Minnesota to keep him here?

Point being, it's almost always just a matter of time.Well, sure but Garnett could have left years ago. He was a bona fide superstar after his rookie year like Durant but he stayed with the Timberwolves for almost a decade in stead of going to NY, LA, Boston, Miami, etc.. right after his first contract was up.

It just seems like this whole team is being built around him and if he leaves after next season, we're screwed.
