Reason why I ask is that he was the assistant D.A. that put away the c*cksucker that killed my Uncle Butch. For as bad a rap as lawyers get, he was always there to answer my family's questions day or night, kept them well informed throughout the entire process, gave us oodles of information for contacting victim's outreach programs, explained and helped with the process beyond the murder trial, and I'll be damned if (and they still might, I dunno) my mom and dad didn't get a Christmas card every year from the man.

When I heard he ran for D.A., everyone in the family of voting age threw in for Wes Lane. He impressed the hell out of ALL of us. And maybe he was just doing his job, but the way he went about it and the way he treated me and mine was impressive and appreciated.

Scott, I am of Irish decent and believe it or not am pretty pale. My wife is Irish/English (I know, I know), has very red hair and the complexion to match. Suffice it to say that my daughters don't stand a chance against Helios.

My family looks at spf 30 and below as nothing more than a nice thought :) :(
