The leader of the Saddleback church that hosted televised interviews with Obama and McCain assured the viewing audience that McCain was in a "cone of silence" while waiting his turn. It turns out that McCain wasn't even at the church for the first 30 minutes of Obama's session.

This certainly explains how McCain seemed more prepared than usual, Obama was set up. So Rick Warren and his evangelical followers have no integrity, may God have mercy on their souls.

Here is the point of the thread, Rick Warren mislead the fact McCain was somehow sequestered and did not have knowledge of the precedings.

If it wasn't that important, why did Mr. Warren state something that he knew wasn't true? Now whether or not it matters as far as the performance of McCain is another topic I suppose.
