how in the hell can you pronounce "cot" and "caught" differently? I tried and failed. Is there a hidden syllable in there or something?

I pronounce it differently. Cot = cot. Caught = caw-it

It says it an PA-OH-IN thing. I lived in Indiana for only a year. I guess I picked it up there. Weird.


I never heard of "feeder" until I moved to Houston. I like the term now. I LIKE IT A LOT!

I had one I called Pop Pop and one I called Grandpa. 3 guesses on where the two lived. I called my now deceased grandmother Granny and I call my living grandmother Grandma.
