So, I can only assume that if you don't pay your mortgage for 2 or 3 months, you have defaulted. This house has been in foreclosure for 6 months? And he's been allowed to still live there?


Of course, I don't know the nitty gritty details, but it looks like he hasn't made a single mortgage payment in 8 months.
