I bought a bunch of chicken legs at the store the other day. However, I didn't realize until I got home that I have no idea what to do with them.

I have a deep fryer, so I'm thinking about frying them. However, I have no idea what to do about seasonings and that kind of junk.

Anybody have any good fried chicken recipes?

stick em in Head Country, a lot of garlic, black pepper and some lemon juice overnight and grill them. go buy a grill brush while they are marinating.

or: put the legs in a big bowl with chopped rosemary, garlic, lemon, and white wine for a few hours. grill em. or, if you want to take the next step here. after a couple hours dip them in a heavy teriyaki sauce for basting or marinating and broil them about 15-20 minutes. the teriyaki is a cheap thrill, but it's really good when prepared with the first step above.

Kikkoman makes one that says "bake and bbq". that's what you want.

yeah, sure. other people went off course. i thought he might change his mind. and i was a little unsettled by Albq's "not sharing" of the real way to fry chicken.

i thought we were all friends here. i guess not.

Dip said legs into buttermilk.
Dip said legs into mixture of flour, 4C breading, black pepper, salt, garlic powder (not too much)
Fry away

Or deep fry them as is and then coat with Louisianna hot sauce mixed with butter once you take them out of the fryer... Tada your own "hot wings"
