I would say that he must be halfway smart if he convinced a Big 12 school to hire an inexperienced, underqualified alum to lead an athletic program as important as T. Bone Pickers' football team.

When you compare the resumes of the Big 12 coaches, it is quite obvious that he has NO (perhaps one or two) qualifications comparable to them. I would list them now, but I've been receiving complaints about the lengths of my posts.
