Yes. The University of Oklahoma at Tulsa. It's a regional campus of the University of Oklahoma.

See, for the first 100 years of Tulsa's history, it only had TU. Some folks complained that too many people were denied a college education because they couldn't afford private college tuition. The Oklahoma legislature came to their rescue and opened up "branches" if you will of OU, OSU, NSU, and Langston right here in Tulsa.
