Ticket Scalping legal in Norman?

I haven't had season tickets for OU in quite some time. In the past I would just buy tickets off the many scalpers but I was reciently told that scalping was illegal.

Could I get busted for trying to buy scalped tickets in Norman?

yeah the only time you can't sell tickets would be in downtown okc. you can still sell them, but they have to be face value or below. in norman you can sell anywhere you want. just try to sell them to someone that will actually use them instead of reselling them. last year I had an extra mizzou ticket and sold it to an OU lady for about 1/2 price who then resold it to a mizzou fan. when the mizzou fan sat down by me I asked how much he paid for his ticket. he replied "only $120".
