skipped out on her cable bill. So Cox won't turn on my basic cable until she cancles and brings her bill up to date. I have a feeling this is going to end up being a pain in the *** the next couple of days, but at least I'm not the one with a past due cable account.

Your apartment should just have to give them verification that she moved out, and then they can turn it on in your name without her having to pay hers first. Thats what happened with me and the telephone company.

Ask for a stupidvisor. Holding up your cable because of the previous resident is most likely illegal with proof she no longers resides there.

meh! Cable is over rated. Get a book, or get out those magazines you keep in that special place.... You'll forget about cable soon enough. Then call the cable folks and don't take any crap from them when they tell you about the previous tenant...

MLB.TV and MLB EI black out the Royals here, and they aren't on TV in Oklahoma, either.

I would get the Royals games on FSN-Midwest on Directv when I lived in OKC.

Oklahoma is kind of a black hole for Extra Innings/MLB.TV, the Rangers, Astros, Cards and Royals all claim Oklahoma as a "home market" so they are blacked out there.

So Cox connected my cable to the wrong apartment, and can't seem to figure out how to turn it on in mine, and properly reconnect the other apartment's cable.
