Is now one of my favorite Sooners. If you had a chance to see the FoxSports OU preview you would know why. GREAT KID, GREAT ATHLETE, GREAT STUDENT, GREAT SOONER. Nic was born to teenage parents that couldn't take care of him. His grandmother raised him. He now carries a 4.0 gpa and uses his free time to help others, especially children that have to grow up like he did. The story almost brought my wife to tears and he is now her favorite Sooner!

Nic, I wish the world was full of more people like you!

Is he on the Thorpe Watch List? He is the poster child for "it doesn't matter how you start in life, but where you finish." I am absolutely proud to have him as a Sooner for one more year, and there will be an NFL team that will be blessed to have him on their roster- both as a player and ambassador to their community.

Saw the special on FSN. They are finally approaching not sucking in regards to their production values. I'ts not as bad as watching channel 6 in Bakersfield anymore.

I watched Nic's interception about 26 times the first hour after that game. It was if he popped out of the ground like a "Nic in the Box" to make that play. The Husker player's reaction was priceless. Total facial expression of "WTF??!!??!!???"
