Sims may not make it to fall camp?

I read part of this on the ouinsider website. What's going on? I believe that somebody said his class isn't out until August. Does this mean that he'll have to greyshirt?

I heard he was on schedule to be here as soon as his class let's out. That would be a bummer

If he passes, he'll be here after the start of camp.

Most likely he'll miss a few days of camp though.
