I'm afeard of 'em.
There's a great video somewhere of a guy handling a huge one in a bar and the snake (boa I think) eventually gets bored and takes a good chunk out of his nose.

I was riding my bicycle today to go get a paper, wasn't paying a whole lot of attention to the road surface itself, and come about 2' from running over a snake warming it's belly on the street. I'd guess it to be about 30" long, kinda of a dark blue/black, some kind of grass snake I'd guess.

...but still, it was a snake and it was alive!

When I first typed this I had it as 30' long! Now that would have been a snake!
