This is due to my lovely Wife chopping up all the ingredients for the fresh Pico I am piling high on every chip.

I have never seen a place do really great nachos. The problem I always have is that there is a ****ton of stuff on top, then a mountain of chips that are way too greasy underneath. And there's always WAY too much food.
