I know it's hopelessly played out for a fanboy to decry something as "lame" or "sh*tty" before seeing a single frame of it, but come on. This thing is going to be gayer than 8 dudes blowing 9 dudes.

I saw a proposed poster for this movie, like, 3 years ago that was way cooler than this thing. For the Dragonball genre being a $4 billion Japanese export to America alone, I expect more...

First time I heard about this movie it was from a rant by a Japanese friend of mine that the main character wasn't asian...then again, she insisted that Speed Racer was supposed to be asian.
