I'm surprised the Aggies meet the attendance requirements to go 1-A. Their rivalry game, the Causeway Classic against Sac State, barely blips the local Sacramento sports coverage. They have a good D-1 history, as far as winning success, but Davis, CA is as far away from a sports town as Lawrence is from the ocean.
