The flaming drum set that guy was looking at was kewl.

Somebody needs to edit the video to turn all the texas banners upside down when they were playing at SXSW ;)

The station up 'ere has been playing them a lot this month. I heard them last year, but never caught the name.

They are teh win. Every once in a while, you come across a new act that makes you say,"****, I think I just discovered something special and good."

I hope John Mayer enjoys his Tiger Beat existence. This kid kicks his azz.

Good stuff. Will fit nice in a playlist with the Black Keys and the White Stripes, among others. Still gotta go with the BK being my favorite blues-based indie band, but these guys have a nice sound.

BTW, those of you who like the Black Keys, you should go get the Chulahoma (http://www.artistdirect.com/nad/store/artist/album/0,,3594874,00.html) EP, which came out on Fat Possum Records, so it didn't get the push of their regular stuff. It's a straight tribute to Junior Kimbrough, and it will RYMFFO.

sounds like earlier Joe Perry to me. that riff is an awful lot like the opening riff to "same old song and dance".

i liked it. My uncle gave me Get Your Wings when i was about 7. i was in to it.

Don't tell that to Dean. You'll burst his bubble regarding no music worth listening to being recorded in the past 25 years. Hopefully, he won't check out their music. His big ole' red bald melon might assplode.

No new music listening to muhfuggah.

That's good stuff. But they should have thought a little harder about their band name. :)

King Crimson

i still think it sounds like a more polished for 2008, early Aerosmith blues boogie....(see that pic of John Lee Hooker?).

that's not a bad thing.

I always felt Get Your Wings was their best album...

This song will always emit greatness as far as I'm concerned.
