Friendly and efficient customer service is a good thing :o)
On a photographic note, you probably won't believe me but I didn't read the sign until after I took the shot. I was driving by and saw red-white-and-blue flags, neon arrows, etc. so I decided to pull over and take a picture. Lowered the camera and noticed the sign and said "Yesssssssssss".
Sometimes the universe give you a present.
