Doesn't look too bad, even if Keanu is in it, though i've heard that Gort may or may not make an appearance. It would be a shame if it is true since he was an important part of the original...this version is said to be closer to the story the first was based upon.

KC, I don't know..this is one i've been waiting on to be remade.
I'm not much on remakes but this one makes me giggle, though not in a ghey way. :D

Definitely a flash of Gort doing the death beam thing at the end of the trailer. Wish we could send one of him to Achminenutjob....

According to the director, Gort will be Gort. He will look almost exactly like he did in the original.

Why do I get this sick feeling in my stomach that this is going to take the name of an awesome movie and throw it into the ground, stomp on it, and leave it for dead? I mean this movie already looks like a promotion for green peace. Sure if you don't do remakes you won't get movies like John Carpenters The Thing but they should have left his one alone. However I haven't seen it yet and will have an open mind when I go into the threater to see it.
