Adobe keeps asking for a password

to view a document. They are closed and I'm having no luck finding help on line..does anyone know?

if it's a doc from sallie mae, it's your ssn

otherwise contact who sent you the pdf

nope...not from sallie mae

the other person has no idea. I even uninstalled and re-installed Adobe. Still getting it.

it was on the senders end. They realized it was first 4 letters of last name and last 4 of SSN...
