There are usually 2-3 out there along Memorial and Pennsylvania under the Turnpike with their depressed looks and "creative" signs. There are a few in particular that are out there consistently with new signs, different and creative "lame" grammar messages, etc. I laugh in disgust when I see people give money to these people because they are just totally lured in by this scam whether it's someone homeless or a scammer. IMO, it's obviously a scammer because he has the cardboard....which you can get anywhere, but the sharpie, different clothes, different shoes, etc. It's one thing to reach out and be charitable when you know it's for a good cause but to give money to someone who is out there alone along a busy intersection? Come on people....don't fall for it.

We have an urban outdoorsman that lives in the vicinity of the station. John Titus, Kalamazoo, Michigan's rising star and favorite son.

Turn-ons: Kentucky Deluxe, crack, bridges, cardboard, cool mexican blankets cut out in the middle like a serape, EMSA gals with big asses, escaping rehab, and long walks on the beach.

Turn-offs: Policemen, empty bottles of Kentucky Deluxe, not having crack, locked doors in rehab facilities, and people that don't give him work, because apparently that's really all he's looking for according to his sign. Not a few bucks for another bottle of Kentucky Deluxe or some crack.

A real winner. The Pride of Kalamazoo.
