My cousin from Cleveland's best friend and classmate was one of the two who were dragging the barrel that caused the initial explosion.
His name was Dean Harper. Great kid.:(

I think I was outta state when that happened Cause I dont remember it at all.

I remember the morning it happened...mom came in from outside to ask if we heard a boom, and we lived way over by Appalachia Bay.

Then when I started OU, I met this guy who lost his mom and sister in the exposion.
