Barking Etiquette

I don't know about you, but I have problems with dogs who are unable to bark e in a manner in which hinders the neighboring dogs from opening the mouths to bark them selfs. And I'm not talking about dogs with big collars who do take up a lot of space, and they do their best to keep it within the lines. I'm talking about the dogs with these smaller collars and yet still have one direction of barks on the fence and don't bother to adjust it for neighboring dogs.
