I had cooked it off twice and It was the Old recipe .

The later , I think the taste thing goes out the window after 120 .
But I got to work on Consistancy . I just checked the 2 1.75 litre Bottles I had settin up fer the Tailgates
one is 120 proof the other is 90 .:O

I say keep it between 120-130 so your not passed out and unable to play Hold em after a few glasses.

Of course, you could always pour less in the glass. :)

Ok I think what Im gonna do is Make it around 120 . then Make One Jar of 180 and Put the Skull and Crossbones on it .
90 is to weak fer shine
180 is to harsh . But Ill give it to the TGs :D
