View Full Version : Hey sb68
My frame rate on my favorite game went from 15-25 fps (sometimes less) to a steady 54 fps. Oh, and I previously had all video set on low quality, now they're all high.
The only problem with that MB was the onboard sound. If you install the driver after downloading XP SP2 or SP3 then it won't work, and you have to re-install XP, get SP1, install the sound driver, then you can go ahead and fully update XP to SP3. I found that out the hard way. It was a PITA.
I like those SATA cables. They are much more easier to work with than IDE. When did those nifty things come out? 2004?
Thanks again, man. If you ever need help with a gun or something, let me know...lol

Yeah, this onboard sound sux. I had MUCH better on my SoundBlaster in 1999. Everything else is friggin great, though.
