No.

And......no.

The last time I saw it, it was sitting right here on my desk. I was meaning to take it to work, but don't remember if that actually happened. I looked all over at work for it already. The only thing I can think of is that some maintenance dude took it, except there's no evidence that the maintenance dude was actually here. And would a maintenance dude actually take something like that? There were a lot better things to steal.

I've checked all of the pockets of all the pants I've worn recently, including emptying out the hamper. Hmmm...it might have gotten mixed with some mail and then thrown away. ****. I guess I'll go digging through the trash now. Thankfully there aren't any files on it that I need.

Is it true that there's a limited number of times that you can write to a flash drive?

I have a garbage disposal, so there usually isn't anything disgusting in my trash. Usually.

No sign of a flash drive, though.

SicEm, yes. I've never reached that limit. Whatever it is. I'm sure you can google it.

That's what happens when you carry it around on your key chain.

If you're ever in downtown Bellevue, WA, you might find one of mine. I think there's some good pron on it so it's worth looking for.

(unless you're the porn one, that sits elsewhere)

KC's right... usually in the dryer.

On the plus side, they smell nice.

I think so, after a while you start to develop bad sectors and what not. Each time you use and wipe a jump drive, you lose a little capacity. Not much, but it does add up over time.

I thought of that, but I haven't done laundry since I noticed it was missing.

Is it true that there's a limited number of times that you can write to a flash drive?

Yes. There are only so many write cycles each location on the drive can handle before they stop functioning.

When you find yours, mine may be with it. Will you spank it's *** and tell it to come home.

On more than occasion, I've found mine in my bassfishin' gear, tossed there as a spare cigarette lighter as I prepared for an Oh-God-Thirty departure.
Dang thang will NOT light a cigarette.
