I read an article today (Tulsa World) that seems to indicate the judge (in a bench trial) is signalling he may be inclined to hold the Sonics must stay in Seattle two more years.

What say you poeple knowledgeable of such things. Jed?

Yeah, the contract language stating that either side can hold the other to specific performance is going to be tough for Clay and Co. to overcome.
