I just made some steak marinade that I'm ascared to try

Worcestershire sauce
red wine vinegar
sauteed garlic
olive oil
kosher salt.
water.

If I'm still alive tomorrow night, I'll let you all know how it is.

Word. Sounds like a great marinade to me, except that good steaks don't need one.

OK, this is pretty dang good. The steak is nice and tender, the marinade isn't overpowering. I think I did all right here.
