Sweet. I have no class III stuff (wish I did, though). If you're in OK County then the good news is that Sherrif Wetzel is pretty good about signing off on Class III forms.

No, dude, that was a joke.

And Yep, that's an EOTech on the AR. I love it. I think it's the best sight in the world for shooting 100 yards and under, because it is super FAST. It doesn't matter what angle you're looking through the HUD, if you can see the recticle, your are on target.

I've got a friend that has a bunch of stuff that he brought back from Iraq in 02 but there aren't any pics and he isn't allowed to "own" any guns for 3 yeas due to a little "incident" :)

We didn't invade until '03.

And you don't bring back war souvenirs like in WWII.

And....you don't get "temporarily suspended" from owning firearms.

My research (tennessee gun owners site) tells me this is Heston's gun vault.
I've added a Rem 597 and a Ruger 10/22 since the pic.
Mrs. Rogue added a Beretta M-9.
I now need a Ruger Mark III Hunter or Slabside and I'll be set for a spell and patiently working toward an AR build.

Anyone else disgusted with the way gun prices rise no matter which way the wind blows?

02-03, I lose track of dates sometimes but when you shoot someone, they can ban you from possessing firearms as a condition of your probation

Ummmm....

Maybe you can own after shooting someone but I know for a fact that if you later need to pass a backround check for a job in a federally secure area....The Homeland Security deal makes any misdemeanor with a firearm a "Oh no you didn't".

Better make sure your buddy talks with his counsel before the Judge swings the final gavel.

At least that's what I saw happen.

I think once it's over 10 years old though...he's clear.

Again I might be wrong...I'm just cautioning him if he's playing it loose and thinks it's no big deal.
