Tom Catlin played high school ball in Ponca Cyt.He alng with Waddy Young (also from Ponca and OU's FIRST consensus ALL-AMERICAN) were heroes of mine growing up here.RIP.

They used to keep an old helmet of his in the junior high practice field locker room at Roosevelt grade School in Zonka. My neighbors were related to Waddy Young. Frances Young was their grandfather and I believe Waddy's brother.

Tom was my roommate at "Boys State." We remained close friends thru graduation. He used to put the game film on for us to see. His remarks while showing the film were classic. He was class in all areas. Bud loved him!
