my dad received notification that he received the 4 he requested. However, his bday present from his brother was an airplane ticket out to visit us and see the OU/UW game, so now we need an extra ticket for him. The 4 he requested were for our family. He tried to add an extra ticket to his order at the last min but was told that they were no longer taking requests.

So any insight as to how to obtain a ticket in the OU section would be greatly appreciated.

My brothers up there in Oak Harbor, WA and he said they're hard to get up there.

That's because UDub hasn't started to sell single game tix yet. Not until July 28. Hope I can get mine then. Right now the only thing for sale are season tix and 4 game tix.
