Sawyer Carroll, who played 2 years of college baseball at Kentucky, was drafted in the 3rd round by the San Diego Padres on Thursday; Sawyer played on the Henryetta team that won the 2003 3A state championship, and graduated in 2004; he had an outstanding career at UK and led the SEC by batting .419 during his senior year; congrats to Sawyer!!
