At 28, I have purchased my first house. 3BR, 3bath (1-full, 2-3/4) ~1300 sq ft on Boyd St.

So do you have an extra bedroom for your out of town friends?
congratulations on your home purchase. Now, start saving money to fix things, replace things, and maintain things.....
Congrats, now you can spend your Saturdays at Home Depot picking out wallpaper. :)

Well, um, actually a pretty nice little Saturday, we're going to go to Home Depot. Yeah, buy some wallpaper, maybe get some flooring, stuff like that. Maybe Bed, Bath, & Beyond, I don't know, I don't know if we'll have enough time!

Hell ya got a spare BR for the friends for gameday. The great thing about having a job at the Biostation during the week during the summer is that she can do all the picking and painting without me ;)
