Not so much a product, as an institution:

<object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/sMamjHJgaXY&hl=en"></param><param name="wmode" value="transparent"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/sMamjHJgaXY&hl=en" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>

I'm going to start out with:

10 Yard Fight reminded me of this one:

http://www.klov.com/images/11/118124217449.jpg

I really dug both of those games because of the format--you advanced up through different levels of competition.

10 Yard Fight started with high school, then moved on to college and pro (I don't know after that, because I was never able to beat pro).

Super Basketball stared with Jr. High, then High School, then College, then University, and then you start playing national teams from different countries.

I pumped a ton of quarters into Arch Rivals. It's funny that you put up NBA Jam right after it, since they are pretty much the same game.

I couldn't find a decent shot of the cabinet for Jungle King:

http://www.klov.com/images/11/1181242123282.png

They got in trouble with the folks who owned the copyright for Tarzan, and ended up having to change the name to "Jungle Hunt," and replace the hero with a pith helmet-wearing explorer.

The first time I ever saw Track and Field, the cabinet had an extra monitor mounted on top so people could stand around and watch.

The old vector display games were pretty cool.

Speaking of oscilliscope type displays, here's one of the granddaddies of them all (although not digital) with a really cool video.
