My brother had one. I used to sneak into his room to play with it. Only I pretended it was an ultramodern NYC townhouse and Luke and Leia were married and living there. Darth Vader was their mean landlord. (This was pre Empire Strikes Back of course.)

I remember when the Promenade had B. Dalton & a Waldenbooks. 2 music stores and an Arcade.
I think now it's one music store and one bookstore (which is super rare thanks to Borders & B&N).

I thought about this the other day.....back in the arcade days, you would put your quarters on the screen to signify you had "next game", the next guy would follow suit in order and so on. What would happen if kids tried that today? I have a lot more quarters than I did in 1982 and wouldn't trust one of them out of my sight for a second around kids/teens today.

But at least now on Autum Saturdays we have unlimited CF.

Heh, I thought that exact same thing when the quarters lined up on the Tempest machine in the video. There was an "arcade etiquette" that existed, for sure. I have my doubts about kids today, as well, but the same type of thing still seems to exist at pool tables in bars, so who knows?

If you had this:

I don't remember the Six Finger, but I want one now.
For no particular reason, I'm going to get a bit sentimental here...
One of my best memories is putting a dime in the gas station pop machine for a glass bottle full of Oragne Crush goodness.
The cooler was similar to this...

It was white, though it had the same rollers to release the bottles.
