Looked for Fred Ransbottom's name. He was from OKC who was MIA for many years. My mom carpooled with his mom - both worked for SW Bell. Fred's mom battled with the Feds forever over looking for his remains.

The information booth at the moving wall listed his date of casualty as 1979. Surely he died before that and I don't think they found the remains until much later than that.

Those guys are special.

They gave everything they had for their comrades and this country in a war the nattering nabobs of negativity tried to paint as some kinda failed experiment for political purposes.

From a guy with one of these,

I say, "Hand Salute," and "Well Done Good and Faithful Servant." Your nation called, and you answered. May God bless your memory and grant you peace.
