keep it up, man. i used to smoke when i worked in kitchens...but in 2001 i moved into a no-smoking apartment building and pretty much quit since then.

it's better.

My co-workers are giving up smoking slowly also. It is very difficult for them (because many around them still smoke) but it is really admirable that they're trying.

So, for five months off, kudos :D
