The Wifey cooked up a brisket with one of our special recipes where you marinade the brisket and then put it in one of those oven bags and cook it.
The kids are spending the night with some friends whose kids are the same age and it's their Son's Birthday to boot. We dropped by some drinks, brownies and an assortment of chips awhile ago and we headed to Blockbuster for some videos.
The Brisket was delish, Fresh Baked fries, pasta salad, fresh french bread and as dinner was ready I noticed the 47 lb rooster in the wine rack. :eek:
Man did it go perfect with that brisket.
I know I shouldn't have drank one so now I'm finishing the 2nd one.
