Working 5:00pm to 2:00am is cool, but this getting to work at 9am stuff is bull ****. How the hell can you freaks do this on a regular basis? Only good thing is I can now say:

I get up at 7, yeah
And I go to work at 9
I got no time for livin
Yes, Im workin all the time

and in 8 hours I can move on to:

I get home at 5 o'clock
And I take myself out a nice, cold beer
Always seem to be wondrin
Why theres nothin goin down here

I hate teh AM's too, but 9 AM? pfft!

try getting up at 5:15 to get your kid ready for school, and dont forget to feed him and be out the door with enough time to get him to school and yourself to work by 8:00.

fine, BSG.. 8:10-ish. But still.

I'll give you having to get up at 7am may not sound bad, but two weeks ago I was going to bed at 7am after getting off at 2am.

and I have not been dancing with Mr. Brownstone;)

We went to the barz last night and played the trivia. It was karaoke night. At one point I was dancing a la Axl Rose. I pretty much rule.

Were you dancing or having a seizure? Cause to dance like Axl you would have to be having a seizure. Let me help

tee hee!

Havok, depending on how old you are it'll take somewhere between a month and "forever" to get adjusted to the early bird schedule ;)

My last job was perfect for me (11:00am to 8-ish) but I've worked here for 8 years and I'm STILL not adjusted to getting up early

I am sure I could get used to it, but after a year of working the graveyard shift, it is brutal. I work 12-8 Mon-Thurs, but I have to work 9-5 to get my eight hours on Friday.

I've always been a 7 am to 5,6,7'sh pm type of guy. Last January, we did a stint with T-Mobile that was 9 pm to 6 am. I 'bout lost my ****'n mind the first week. I couldn't sleep during the day time at all. My wife works 7pm to 7am......I had a new found respect for her:O
