Texas sucks... at 11 a.m. this year (http://www.tulsaworld.com/sports/article.aspx?articleID=20080522_2__Thisy36814):mad :

Of course, this is good for some people at OU. The one year that we had an early 11 a.m. OU-Texas game, NO MORNING REHEARSAL ON GAMEDAY! It was so wonderful.

However, for the rest of us battling A&M Aggie traffic combined with identifying the real scalpers vs. the police-in-disguise-to-give-the-tickets-to-friends-after-they-arrest-you scalpers, 11 a.m. is going to suck hardcore.

So... to add to the growing list of opinions...

11 a.m. games suck hardcore.

However, they do not suck when other teams have them. I often complained this year when we turn on the teevee and there is no important games on. Iowa vs. Michigan State? pbbbthhhh.

Ok, that calls for another list... gameday edition:

Go back and watch BC. Judd Nelson comes off as a dildo. Better written? Probably; maybe. Better soundtrack? Yes. Paul Gleason (RIP) was good, but the cumulative effect of Long Duck Dong, The Geeks & the Granparents gives SC the edge.

Quit being an emo and admit that SC is a more enjoyable movie.

Hey, I found a dollar under the couch cushions! I'm gonna go get a brand new tasty Snacker from KFC!

Not unless you've got some change in your pocket to go along with that dollar, you're not. Is there anywhere where the stuff that gets advertised for $0.99 only costs $0.99? This isn't England, and the VAT isn't already included in the price. While we're at it, who do they think they're fooling with the $x.99 prices in the first place? Just round it up to the nearest dollar.

I can tell you for sure one place in America that has no sales tax. Right here. Anchorage has no sales tax, and Alaska has no sales tax. So you'd lose that bet.

Oregon has no sales tax. They may indeed have localities that have one, but the state imposes none.

Delaware has no sales tax.

Montana has no sales tax.

New Hampshire has no sales tax.

I was mistaken about Texas-for whatever reason I thought they had no sales tax.
