Had this yesterday in the p.m. at an Outback in West Virginny. It screamed "NEW!" on the menu, so I said what the hell, bring me one medium.
Not bad. I rate Outback steaks as not really good, but this one was a nice surprise. Two other carnivores in my party got this too (one is a meat business marketing guy), and we all three agreed the steak was pretty good.
That having been said, six months from now the cut cut be tough as shoe leather or bloody as hell.
