The 2001 Oklahoma defense in the Orange Bowl was #2 on ESPN's list of best BCS performances.

Big difference between #2 and #9 and 10. I think his name was Mike Stoops.

I would agree with that statement, especially now after the losses in the Fiesta Bowl.
At least Zabransky and that what's-his-face running back were left off the list...

Yep, I hate that guy for missing so many tackles, taking bad angles, and not staying in the proper lane to make a play that my coach had me in to start the play. What a CHUMP

I still think, overall the 2000-01 OU team offense and defense deserves mention as one of the greatest teams in history.

I def believe that, the problem is that no one cared about us til halfway thru the season so it will be tough to convince the "experts"

I hear ya but look at the stats and the fact that we played the toughest schedule to an undefeated national championship than anyone since or before.

Perhaps you should thank him for the #2 spot as well considering he called all the signals that night when Hero Mike spent the night coaching the secondary because of Super Roy's move to the linebacking corps.
