"Remove bacon from skillet and place it on a paper towel lined plate. (This will absorb the excess fat and oil making this a low calorie healthy snack)"

bwahahahaha :D

There are some wild, but really good chocolate infusions out there. Wasabi, Curry and Bacon are all actually really good varieties.

If you want to go a little more healthy, substitute very thin slices of smoked salmon for bacon. I don't know if it'd go with chocolate, but it does go with wasabi, cheese, green olives, crackers, etc.

As I see it, the problem with the concept of chocolate covered bacon is that to combine nature's two most perfect foods potentially negates the intrinsic awesomeness of each food. How can one enjoy the sublime pleasure of either one while distracted by the magnificence of the other?

That said, hell yeah I'd try it.

Batter, fry it and put it on a stick now.

And serve it with a shaker packet of crack and squeeze pack of gravy.

Well we can already batter it, fry it, and give ya some gravy to go along with it. :twinkies:

Finally, they've finished the job the Reese's people started.

Why the hell didn't they have this at Mayfest?!?

I, for years, have marveled at the female species' quest for chocolate around 4 PM every day. I understand and accept that is a natural occurrence related to evolution of the species, and have worked tirelessly to accommodate my friends of the fairer sex.

There have been isolated incidences where females have leaned over my desk, lunging for a Krackel or Milky Way,and have shown more cleavage than necesssary to obtain such chocolate. I have attempted, in vain, not to notice.

I am not sure how many more thrills I'd received had I had fried bacon on hand.

But this thread gives us hope...

Thank you, Lil.
