There are two scales in my bathroom, one regular and one digital. I've been weighing my self on both the past couple of months. At first they were giving me pretty much the same weight, but now there is about an 11 pound difference between the two. I'd like to know which is more likely to be off. I'd like to think the lighter one is right, and they way my pants fit seem to support that, but my lower half is much bigger than it used to be do to running. Anybody have any ideas.

When was the last time you re-zeroed the scales?

A 3lb bag of sugar seems to be a good source of locating the one that is wrong, or would that be a 3lb bag of feathers?

Just grab a container (say milk), and fill it with water.

1 litre water = 1 kg

Do the conversions yourself.

Just get a pound of feathers and a pound of rocks and see which one way's more...
