"He knows his behavior was wrong and didn't want it to happen but he has no recollection of it," said Hughes' lawyer, Frances Jones.

Ah, the "I was drunk off my arse and didn't know what I was doing" defense. Apparently quite effective in Wales. I wouldn't try it here folks.;)
