NP and I watched A&M's spring yesterday. While they didn't fill their upper deck, they had a nice crowd and had their little army brats march out in front of the team and the yell leaders and all.

Thoughts:
-Where's their D? Oh, right... Shermanator.
- Good pass plays. Too bad McGee's no passer.
- On goal line sets, look for either McGee or backup VY wannabe to run it in around to the left.
- NO DEFENSE!
- Well, there was a little defense. There were some pick 6's near the end off their third or fourth stringer.

NP said that Sherman looks eerily like Franchione. I do not, as I watched him pace the Pack sidelines for years, but if you squint and stare at the belly area, I guess he might have a little resemblance.

He has the right attitude, but he's a retread of a bargain brand. Look for 8-5 at best for another three or four years.
