I'm not sure why this thread hasn't been made yet.
So Happy Mother's Day to all the mothers on this board and all the mothers everywhere for that matter. Moms have a tough job and to all you Dads on here...today let's do whatever they want. (besides watching the Hallmark channel, or lifetime network, etc.) I'm hoping my wife chooses to watch golf today ;)

Good Mothers day for the wife....Me, the 2 year old, and the 4 year old went to walmart yesterday and bought posterboard, glitter, markers and glue on jewelry and my wife a ginormous card..then we took her to Pete's Place

We took My Mom, My Wife, my BIL, Sis and all the Kids to the Radisson Hotel for brunch.

I came Home after and went into a food induced coma before watching Sergio win his 1st Major this afternoon.

We also picked up the begonias we ordered through the Youth Group at Church. I just finished preparing the pots for half of them to go in. The other half go in front of the bushes in the front of the house.

I hope I can find the energy to get those in before they die. :D

My son wrote me a poem about how I am the most awesome Mom in the world, and my daughter made me a clay hand impression to hang on the wall. I can't honestly imagine how Mother's Day could get any better than that.

I threw together a sack of pork rinds, slim jims, sunflower seeds, and some chex mix, grabbed an ice chest and loaded it with drinks, and I took momma and the two younger kids to Lake Thunderbird. The kids rode the tube while momma and I chilled in the boat.

She said it was the best MD ever.
