Is it too early to start a Rodney Allison thread?
You guys are loaded this year and since TX-OU is not a bowl game it looks pretty good for OU to win the South. Which means it will probably be Baylor.

OU is still the top dog in the South and Conference as a whole. This is Tech's year and their schedule sets them up well. Texas is a bit down and their schedule is tougher. A&M gets the nod for 4th just because the Aggies have oSu's number.

I think it could be argued that the BIg 12 South is the toughest division in NCAA.

I think Texas will be lucky to finish 2nd in the south. They have 8 games that I could see them losing. I said "could" as in it is possible.
They beat FAU, UTEP, Rice & Baylor, but an argument could be made for any of the remaining teams to beat them.
Make that 7.
osu will **** it up, they always do.

Also consider that we're only looking at one division of standings, so if one division swept the other, the overall standings could look something like:
Division 1
Team A - 8-0
Team B - 7-1
Team C - 6-2
Team D - 5-3
Team E - 4-4
Team F - 3-5
Division 2
Team G - 5-3
Team H - 4-4
Team I - 3-5
Team J - 2-6
Team K - 1-7
Team L - 0-8

with OU's roster and this being an OU message board, is a pole really necessary?

Who do you think the best team in the South will be? Srsly.

OU, its obvious this year. Even on Orangepower the answer to this pole would probably be 80% OU. I just thought it was kind of funny to ask. I would assume that pretty much everyone here expects to win the big 12 south this year (as you well should).
However, I haven't voted and won't. I got to think positive ;)
