In. My wife's brother grinds/cans it up in Iowa and gives us jars of it. Fresh and straight. Try it on a dog with mustard. Good stuff. And horseradish isn't "hot." Yes, it burns your sinuses, but it doesn't leave your mouth hot like habaneros. So quit being big sallies people and get your horseradish on.
