So I was on drudgereport.com and came across this article from NewsWeek. It is a very interesting, fairly unbiased, and VERY LONG article about how the rest of the world is catching up to the US in many areas because basically, we wanted them to. So now, the author wonders if we are shutting ourselves down because we don't like what is going on in our own country.

I got through the first 5 pages before I had to leave for the airport. I was duly impressed by how well thought out the article is, and the author made a lot of valid points.
